Hi Jon, first, factory default the unit holding the reset button for 30 seconds. Verifiy on the unit the diagnostic light is not on. Verify the port light is on for the port your computer is connecting to. Open a Terminal and trying to ping the 192.168.1.1. You may also check your network adapter to ensure you're receiving DHCP from the unit. 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 - Cannot Access Router Settings
